Centrifugal Pumps are used where maximum head, fast priming, and high combined volume and pressure are required. Centrifugal pumps can handle small amounts of solids, up to 10% by volume and no larger than 1/2".  The S2B and S2H share a sand cast aluminum housing with a replaceable steel wear plate. This design provides a great volume in a reliable, high-volume pump.
